Antenna design
Most biological resources are in liquid form and contain metal ions, which are natural wave-absorbing materials and will cause the UHF RFID signal to be unable to transmit normally. We solved the problems of response power attenuation and frequency band drift through chip selection and patented antenna technology*, which can ensure the effective communication of the chip.
Material technologies
Biological resources (stem cells and virus samples, etc.) are mostly stored in low temperature environments (as low as -196°C), which can cause brittleness of materials such as conductive adhesives (connecting chips and antennas) and label. By using epoxy resin ultra-low temperature conductive nano adhesive technology and adjusting the silane ratio, we can ensure that the label material does not become brittle and can be used stably under deep-low temperature conditions.
Intelligent Algorithm
Traditional RFID applications only read ID information and cannot meet higher-level operational needs. Our intelligent algorithms that integrate multi-source data such as vision, phase, frequency deviation, and signal strength to meet the rigid requirements of biological resource management for efficient reading and precise positioning.
